The Elephant in the Room had its DC Premiere at the Keegan Theatre as part of their 2023-24 season. The 3-week run also came with the announcement that Priyanka would be their Playwright-in-Residence and that the Keegan Theatre would offer her a commission to write the final play in her Triptych of Solos.
The theatre hosted a welcome reception for Priyanka which included a screening of her Edinburgh Fringe documentary If Elephants could Fly which documents her journey taking her one-woman show The Elephant in the Room to the 2022 Edinburgh Fringe, a Q&A with the audience, and an annoucement about a brand new commission!
Priyanka has received a commission from Keegan Theatre to write THE WALL, the third and final play in her Triptych of Solos.
